Pittsburgh has lots of photographers to choose from - how do you even begin, and how do you know who is the best? I have colleagues who are very talented, and I also bring a lot to the table in regards to a few things that are really important for newborn photographers to offer.
I've been a professional photographer in the Pittsburgh area for over 13 years, which means I'm no longer learning how to use my camera - I'm servicing real clients like you! I pride myself on beautiful light, custom editing, and portraiture that is not trendy, but will be classic on your walls for years to come.
Safety, safety, safety! These little ones are brand new to the world, and they should always be treated with caution and tenderness. As a mom of three, I am very familiar with holding and moving babies, and what is safe and what is not! I will never leave your baby unattended in my studio, and always composite-edit poses that are not safe stand-alone. Ask me more about this if you have questions! I am also up-to-date on my COVID and TDAP vaccinations.
One of the ways to truly service my clients is to take things off of their plate! When you come to the studio, all you need to do is to bring the baby, a few diapers, a pacifier, and a relaxed mindset. I even have a beautiful sofa for you to lay down and take a nap while I work with your little one! My studio has lots of props, wraps, headbands, bonnets, and colors to choose from - so you don't need to worry about the 'what to wear' part of a photo session!
