Cassiah contacted me while I was in Miami with some friends, and typically I’m good about separating personal time from work time – but I needed to reach back out to her ASAP! She was so excited about her upcoming wedding, and it was coming up soon! We were able to solidify a lot of the details via text and she was so easy to chat with!
Cut to the wedding day at the Allegheny County Courthouse, and she brought her vision to life in the matter of a few weeks. Heck – she even planned uplighting for the space! She was on.top.of.it.
The entire day was beautiful! They were blessed with gorgeous light and their families were all there to celebrate! I loved photographing them inside of the courthouse and really making the space shine in an elegant and colorful way. The candles on the staircase were a lovely addition, and the flowers she added to the space were really pretty as well.
After we spent some time inside of the Allegheny County Courthouse for their wedding ceremony and photos, we went outside to take in some of the fall light and do family photos and bride an groom portraits on the city streets. Everyone was so easy to photograph and cooperative – my time with them was a breeze!
After picture time, we headed up to Mount Washington for a few more photos on the overlook and then on to their intimate celebration at Monterey Bay Fish Grotto. I keep telling myself I need to get there for a dinner with Brad – it’s so lovely up there and their food is amazing! (Note to self….ha!) . They enjoyed a great dinner with their closest people overlooking the city that they love. Congratulations! Thank you so much for having me with you!
