“Here’s the list. Can you make this happen?”
Gina handed me a list of ideas for wedding pictures she had written down that week. She had cute things on there like the LOVE symbol with their hands, and making sure to get a photo of her and Ryan in the grass. Afterall, this was her wedding photos re-shoot and we really wanted to get it right.
“Heck yes. Let’s do this!” And we started to shoot. Gina back in her wedding dress and Ryan back in that studly grey suit. This time it was all about their portraits. Great photos of the two of them together. You know, the ones you want to frame really big and hang on the walls of your home? Those pictures. We wanted to get lots of them, and so we went back to where she and Ryan were married last year – Phipps Conservatory – to make sure Gina got exactly what she wanted.
I didn’t shoot their wedding the first time, but I truly wanted them to be super happy with their pictures. I did a wedding re-shoot last year at this time, and it’s rewarding to know that hopefully I can help to bring the wedding process full-circle and provide a couple with photos that they’re really proud of. Gina and Ryan, thank you for getting in touch with me, and I truly hope I did your love justice.
Now that’s a good looking couple!
Some pretty fall light makes for great wedding pictures.
I haven’t shot this before, and I really like it!
Gina, you are so pretty!
Credit where credit is due: Gina’s idea on the jacket. This girl is in the right industry! She knows all about wedding cuteness!
I always love shooting inside of Phipps.
