Can it get any cooler than an engagement session with planes? If you said “Yes!”, then I challenge you to get in touch with me and prove me wrong! Seriously. 🙂
Maggie and Tim are engaged to be married and met at the Air Force Reserve base out in Moon Township. They will be married in just two weeks at the beach, but wanted some engagement pictures to capture a little bit of their life and love. We set out on what proved to be one of the hottest days of the summer and spent some time on the military base with these giant airplanes. Tim actually works on the planes in a crazy location in the back of the planes. They actually let me climb up inside with them, and I was truly amazed at what they do. It’s not every day that I get to go inside of military planes to shoot, so I was in awe! We had such a great time despite the heat and ended the engagement session on the nearby Montour Trail. Here are a lot of my favorites!
Each of the planes has a really cool and original piece of nose art!

Got to get in the aviators:

I love both of these!

This was taken inside of one of the planes. How cool is that?!

Not everyday you sit in an engine turbine.

Love the tall grass.

And a final beautiful image of the bride-to-be and her military man!

Congrats to you both, Maggie and Tim, and I hope to see you again soon!
Very fun, Leeann! Definitely a neat place to do an engagement session…though I think I was a little nervous seeing them sitting front of the jet engine. 🙂
Hi there, my husband and I are both military and we are looking to get photos done just like these ones! Can we hire you to get them done at this place again?
