Carnegie Museum of Art Weddings

Every one of the weddings that we photograph at the Carnegie Museum has a certain elegance and style to it that’s simply indescribable. Every couple that we work with there says that they chose the venue for the same reasons – it’s indescribable. From the cathedral-height marble columns to the historic Hall of Architecture, the Carnegie Museum has it all.

We have photographed wedding ceremonies in both the Hall of Architecture and the Hall of Sculpture, both beautiful backdrops for a wedding with just slightly different looks. We always appreciate that the Founder’s Room is available to the wedding party to relax while the guests take in cocktail hour on the Music Foyer balcony. Within walking distance of all of Oakland for outdoor wedding pictures, the inside also features a beautiful marble staircase, museum attractions, and old-world architectural details that you can only find at the Carnegie Museum.

To top it off, the Music Foyer is a beautiful, elegant wedding reception space and your guests will leave feeling like they attended the wedding of the year.
