Their wedding was held at the absolutely beautiful and airy All Saints Greek Orthodox Church in Canonsburg, and the reception was at The Club at Nevillewood. Always a classy choice in reception venues! Not only was their wedding just beautiful to begin with, but it was also a Greek family celebration, and the reception was vibrant and fun! There was so much dancing that at times it was hard for me not to get run over on the dance floor, but it was a wonderful time and I wish them both the absolute best.

Beth and Eric’s wedding day started at the First Baptist Church in Oakland, which is an absolutely stunning church! I loved shooting there, and all of the gorgeousness of the wedding was only added to y the gorgeousness of the couple! Beth was an absolutely stunning bride and she really knew how to show that off! After the wedding we took some photos at the super-crowded-with-wedding-parties Carnegie Pillars, and headed off to the North Shore. The super fun reception followed at the Heinz History Center, with beautiful catering by The Common Plea.

Oh fun!! This was right when Eric told Beth where they would be going on their honeymoon – Ireland! He planned the whole trip without her knowing!

She’s a stunner!! These were taken right before we left for the church in her room at the Marriott City Center. Maria’s feet hurt so bad at this point, but she turned out looking amazing anyway!

After some of their portraits as husband and wife, we headed back to the Marriott City Center for their wedding reception. It was a great time, with lots and lots of dancing! Their first dance…

• At least 6 of my couples have a Pitt grad. At least 2 have a Penn State grad!
• I’m working with some Pens fans this year! (interested to see those playoff beards…)
• One couple is planning an eco-friendly wedding
• At least 8 of my couples live out-of-town, but are coming back to Pittsburgh for their weddings!

On March 21st I will be an exhibitor at the Pittsburgh Bridal Showcase, at the David L Lawrence Convention Center. This will be my first bridal show, and I really have no idea what to expect. I think my feet will hurt when I’m done. I think I might not know the answers to a couple of questions. I think I bought a lot of pink things recently. I’m not sure how everything will go, but if you plan on attending, stop by and see me! It will mean a lot to see you! I’m definitely a little nervous, but it’s because I want to do well. Will the brides there like what I have to offer? Will they “ohh” and “ahh”, or just laugh? Who knows. But at least I’m giving it a shot!
