100 Things – Some completions!

I have a couple of completions from my “100 Things” to list, since I haven’t been very good at keeping up with it. There are definitely a few that I’m not sure are going to be completed this year, like watching fireworks with Brad, or going to Cedar Point (*tear* – maybe next spring?). But! I have completed a few and I wanted to share!

3. Get a big crowd fo Sandbridge: This is looking good so far! Brad and I leave for our yearly trip to Sandbridge on the 30th of this month, and we have about 16 people total coming down for the weekend. We’ve had great weather the past two years, so I’m hoping that things come in threes! Sandbridge is where we got engaged, and the beach there holds some very special memories for us together. I’ll post some photos when we get back as well!

5. Play tennis with Brad: We went to play tennis at the Cecil Park about 2 months ago, but apparently I missed updating that one! We didn’t do awful, but we weren’t spectacular. No Serena flipouts, fortunately!

29. Have a crazy girls-night-out until 2AM or later: Can I just say “Gina’s Bachelorette Party!”? Gina is my best friend from high school and she’s getting married on the 26th. We had a great night out for her bachelorette, which ended in us paying $50 for 2 medium pizzas via room service. Oh well. We got a free hotel room, so I guess that makes up for it! I can’t wait for her wedding in just two short weeks! Crazy!

(I just realized that the numbering on my 100 Things page is all screwed up. Boo. Gotta work on fixing that..)

43. “Give Me Back that Filet O’ Fish” Ben Hales on an unexpected day: Completed 2 weeks ago when I was feeling a bit down at work. Realized this was the prefect time for my favorite random phone-call-making-scheme. If you don’t know what this is: You call someone random and start playing the McDonald’s song from the video on YouTube into the phone. Always results in silent pause and then uneasy laughing. I got Ben and then proceeded to call multiple other co-workers. Totally brightened my day no matter how silly and uncalled-for.

46: Figure out why my car squeaks: It stopped squeaking. That might be even worse. Luxury part must have fallen off.

48: Create a really awesome sample album: See this post!

73: Cook a brand new recipe that my husband “LOVES!”: Actually, I was trying to choose a healthy recipe and he actually liked this one!! Crazy, but it was actually totally delish, and even I could cook it!

74: Celebrate our one year anniversary: Awwww we did. It was lovely.

Onward!
