Totally Rad Lightroom Presets | Before & After

So I will have MUCH MORE coming from the workshop this weekend, but I wanted to post first some great “Before and After” shots using the newly launched Totally Rad Lightroom Presets. They’re a fantastic tool that enables us to quickly tweak some fun images in a variety of styles. I plan on using them most for wedding slideshows, when time is of the essence!

Here’s some before & afters of one of the images from this weekend of Whitney Thompson, Cycle 10 winner of America’s Next Top Model! She’s gorgeous enough, but these presets are fab!

Before – SOOC:

After – Xanadu|Medium, Highlight Hero|Medium, Tone|Blue Flame|Strong, Vignette|Michelangelo + Local Adjustment brushes “Makeup Brush” and “Eye Bump”

After – BW | Grey Matter + Local Adjustment brush “Makeup Brush”

Amazing, right? Let me know what YOU think!

Mike - straight out of camera is best. the other two look like shit

Anna Sawin - Amazing, alright! I just got mine this morning and can’t wait to play! Gorgeous work!

Leeann - LOL thanks for the comment Mike – you may want to take it up with the guys over at TRA! But I do think that all of them are fabulous with the gorgeous model we got to work with! Thanks for stopping by!

Amy - LOVE LOVE LOVE the colors in the second image!! Makes her eyes pop!!

Virginia Rhoads - OH WOW!!! LOVE the second one! Her eyes are amazing… I was eyeing those presets, may have to get them. They definitely would be great for the slideshow during the wedding! I wondered how to process and get them ready for that so fast. Good tip! Thanks for sharing!!

Vu Bui - I prefer the BW out of the bunch… but I’m a huge fan of black and white photography. :)

I love anonymous Mike’s comment. All the best and most meaningful critiques are like this… short, to the “point”, and lacking in any meaning, substance or reason. That’s how you know he’s the real deal.

Jess - Lee, amazing job. Love the 2nd one.

Leeann - thanks, jesss i’m excited to see more of your work as wells

Erin - Love the black and white. Gorgeous!
