Ahhhhh the office, or as Brad would like to call it – “HIS OFFICE”. He’s very possessive about it, since it was the one room where I allowed him to hang up his deer, turkey, and bear trophies. So it’s his “man den”. Yes, if you come to my house, you will experience the wilderness in our office, but what can I do? He’s a big hunter. He loves it, so I can’t say no! That would be just downright mean. He lets me hang up inspirational wall decor like “Live, Laugh, Love” and pink things, so I suppose the compromise is the office.
Regardless, I do a lot of my work in there. We have a big U-shaped desk (built by my dad!!), and on one side is his laptop, and on the other side is my computer. It’s also a great, fun shade of green, which corresponds great with the green in my logo! We didn’t plan it that way, but it worked out for the best! The only thing I don’t like about it, is that there’s always a weird green cast to images I create in that room. I hope to never work in a bright green church, but if I do someday, I guess I should work at becoming a little more familiar with the combat methods of the color. A sneak peak….
