Julie and Ryan were really thinking ahead when they made little fans for their outdoor wedding and included the “Wedding Day Timeline” in a cute, fun, and friendly way on the back of the fans. Talk about double duty on the wedding DIY! Such a great way to keep their guests informed about what to expect, when things are open, all while keeping them cool in the hot sun!
Other thoughts on ways to do this… maybe a sign by the guestbook of when things occur, or including them somehow in the centerpieces or menus! Type-A heaven!
