Images for a Cure: Raising Money for Breast Cancer Research

I am so happy and blessed to report that I have teamed up with the Images for a Cure project to raise money for breast cancer research!

 This is a great opportunity to raise money for a cause close to my heart.  My grandmother, who I have blogged about in the past, had breast cancer.  She was loved so much by my family, and each year my mom, aunt, and I participate in the Susan Komen Race for the Cure.  This is another great opportunity for me to help raise money to support women like my grandmother and to help find a cure for such a deadly disease.

On October 11, 2009, I will be teaming up with photographers around the country to donate session fees to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.  I am offering engagement sessions at a discounted price – $250. (I’ll even include the session + digital copies. What the hay!)  I am only offering this for three sessions, since that’s all I’ll be able to fit into a day – and that’s as long as they’re all in the Pittsburgh area!!   The entire session fee will be directly donated to the Images for a Cure fundraiser!

Additionally, I am offering to credit any client that books me for their wedding the $250 engagement session fee towards their wedding package.  Therefore, my main “essentials” package goes from $2300 to $2050!
