Angela and Jake were a dream. Their wedding was such a pleasure for us to photograph, and they as a couple – just downright beaming from ear-to-ear.
They were married in Weirton at their local Greek Orthodox church (such interesting ceremonies!), and Loren started the day with the girls prepping for the big reveal. Everyone that was a part of their wedding was just thrilled to be involved, and we could feel the love that surrounds them both.
After their wedding ceremony, we headed to Williams Country Club for their portraits, where Loren took full advantage of all of the fall scenery – placing Angela and Jake close together with lots of color in the background! Just lovely!
At their wedding reception, the Embassy Suites near the airport hosted a fun Greek band, lots of cookies, and over 400 wedding guests!
Thank you for having Loren and I as a part of your special day – lots of love! xo
We’ve chosen to blog this entire wedding in black and white. Weddings, especially hometown weddings surrounded my family and friends in a familiar, loving setting, are all about moments. We love weddings for the moments and feel as though black and white imagery often helps to express emotion more than photos with color. We love relationships, meaning, small moments, and photos of pure joy. This is what life is all about. Enjoy.
